Oh! and one more thing.....

 
 
 
BLAH, BLAH BLAH BLAH, BLAH
Well maybe it's not just one more thing about these lifestyle changes I'm implementing into my life, but maybe I'll let it rest awhile after this "one more thing"
 
So the "out of regular routine" situations in life are gonna be a challenge to face and conquer.
Yesterday I went to eat some Filipino food which  was already challenge enough since most of it was high in fat and calories.  But besides that, there was my incredible challenge of getting my hand to stop forking food into my mouth when I was satisfied.  See usually, when I go out to eat, I EAT! I do not consider how much, or how little, I just eat.  I have to say that yesterday was perhaps a trip, a slip, or a stumble if I judge myself on the "letter of the law".  BUT it wasn't a flat on my face and throw in the towel crisis either.  I like Filipino, Chinese, Vietnamese foods ALOT! and so according to my "good hab.its" I will be able to eat these foods with a plan.  Yesterday I did pass my calories, by a few only, well I also exercised a good amount and that did help. I did notice I wasn't stuffed beyond comfort and I maintained a pretty good mind set
 
In this new way of eating and planning I'm gonna have to consider eating out or potluck dinners not as "high risk of failure" situations but as something do-able and not something to panic about and throw in the towel since after all the excess weight comes off I'll have to get used to keeping it off.  Watching and planning.  As far as my goal, I've got 8lbs to lose, but as far as my "thin average" self goes...well I could probably lose my 12 more after that....ok, ok, enough about this..for now
