MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
A SNAILS PACE FIXED ON THE FINISH LINE!
When I entered the "clinical study" which would investigate the habits of women: eating and activity. Thus, a women who is eating with good intentions & ideal portions and exercising will not only lose weight, she will be healthier and at less risk of breast cancer and other diseases. Of course I signed up because at my age I was not doing well with strict quick weight loss diets anymore and I knew I had to lose weight. It no longer mattered if it was quick weight loss. I did consider that in my family runs a list of disease: diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid issues and more!
Now, after 4.5 months I have lost 25lbs. Now the real study begins....The new applications of eating right and exercising, are they truly grounded habits yet? I've got 7months to make sure their ingrained and tightly secure.....
