Experience Living

Psalms 107:2 "Let the redeemed of the Lord say so..."

Some people would call my life plain...
Others might say it's pretty ordinary...
A few might even call it boring....

I have heard people testify through the years of the things God has rescued them from.  Things such as substance addictions or wicked relationships or terrible circumstances they had to survive.  At times there is so much detail in these "testimonies" I wonder who's getting the glory!

Well I don't have any kind of story with those kinds of details....But I do have a testimony!
Heres my story...I'm letting God fill the empty pages as they turn....
I do know that God is faithful to keep his promises.

When I was 18 years old and making simple decisions that would affect my life experiences I never would have imagined the fullness of a good and simple life in Christ.  I'm Glad now that I went this road

I used to think that God who knew everyone was busy, too busy for me.  I'm glad I was wrong because the I know now that the Creator of heaven & earth is busy preparing a mansion for me in eternity

I used to think and feel that marrying young wasn't a good choice- I'm glad I fell in-love with a like minded and like hearted man so God could help us along.  And he has for 25 years.

I never imagined that having children and raising them could be so fulfilling. Again through Gods direction we have raised 2 children and still raising 2 more. Now we are beginning to reap the blessings of grandchildren. If you are a grandparent you will concur that this life experience is incredible!

If someone would have said that in church you could have "family" bonding and true friendship in Christ I would have never believed it, because by the age of 18 this religious little girl thought that church wasn't for real life living.  I thought churchy people were boring and stiff and lifeless!  I'm so very thankful for my Church family. I'm part of a fellowship that believes reaching the lost and applying Gods word.  "The Christian Fellowship Ministries" World Wide vision...and very close and intimate relationship connections to those who do life Gods way.

I used to think, I don't have a testimony...but I know now that choosing Gods way is my testimony
