A To Do List

                                              Psalms 37:23
The steps of a [good] man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. (KJV)

I have concluded and re-concluded that I need a To Do List to actually accomplish something productive in my day. This list is worked on after I've done my morning routine; inviting God into the day.
Really I shouldn't have on list my house work since everyday there's pick up, clean up, and organizing to do....but chores are on my list, big chores are in the "project" category. I have so much to do in a day that small things or seemingly unimportant things go on the list like call sis. Sometimes before I know it, it is as long as an 8x11 or 33 things to do. Jump on it!Really? Plus the rest of the Dos that come with original one on the long list.

I NEVER see everything checked off and depending on my feelings I'll feel great about the check marks or I'll feel lousy about the missing check marks. So I re re-concluded that I do
need a list, but one that fits into my 10 line space on my calendar.

For sure it's a work in progress, my goals are lofty; condense and organize so that there will be only 10 things on my To Do List and 10 check marks at the end of my day. With much self control to my pen and determination, I've written exactly 10 things for today, ignoring all the other things screaming for attention and the clock ticking on the wall...tick tick tick...
